Houston Police Department Chief Troy Finer said at a press conference on Tuesday that police entered a call of shots fired around 234p.m. original time.

Officers arrived at 810 Billiards & Bowling Houston where a private party was taking place and set up a departed person at the scene.

Two other people — a 23- time-old man and 24- time-old woman — were also wounded in the firing and taken to the sanitarium with non-life-threatening injuries, said.

Michael Arrington with the Police Department's Homicide Division.

workers told police an argument broke out after the party ended when a large group gathered in the structure's outside door area, leading to shots fired.

Finer said at least 40 people were at the scene at the time of the firing.

"numerous of the people who were there fled the scene and weren't around to make a statement," Arrington said. Finner linked the dead man to Kirshnik Khari Ball, also known as Takeoff of the rap group Migos
